The Queued Alert System
Tracking 8 cards creates a challenge: how do you alert the user when card #5 spikes, but the screen is currently showing card #2?
The Tracker’s queued system evaluates all cards on every fetch cycle. Any card that crosses a threshold gets its alert stored in memory. When that card’s turn comes up on the rotation, the display redraws first — showing you the card that triggered the alert — then fires the LED and audio effect.
You always see the right card when an alert fires. If a newer alert overwrites a stale pending alert on the same card, only the most recent move counts.

All tracked cards are fetched in a single batch POST per refresh cycle — regardless of count. Efficient, fast, and within the free API tier even at 8 cards.
Ambient Underglow
17 WS2812B LEDs on the underside create a spreading glow across your desk surface. Teal base, alert colours during price events.
Queued Alert System
Alerts for all 8 cards are evaluated every fetch. Each alert is stored per card and fires the moment that card rotates on screen — you always see the right card first.
Auto Card Rotation
Cards rotate through automatically on screen. Configurable dwell time per card. The alert queue always brings the alerted card to the front.
Same Market Data
Identical three-screen rotation (Price, Stats, Mood Market) per card. All the intelligence of the Original, across your entire portfolio.
Night Mode & Audio
Same configurable quiet window as the Original. Underglow dims, audio mutes, optional Night Signature theme takes over. Same I2S audio system.
